"When I lost my 4-legged buddy of twelve and a half years, I was devastated. Cremation Services of East Tennessee went beyond being just a business with their kindness and generosity. I will definitely use their services again when the time comes and would recommend them to anyone."
"Today I said farewell to my friend and companion of 15 years. Her name was Rebecca Jane and she came to me as a cold, hungry, sick stray cat one cold December night. We had a wonderful journey in our lives, although hers was cut short. I found Cremation Services of East Tennessee and knew in my heart these kind and compassionate people would treat her final preparation with dignity. We were able to view the entire process and thank you does not do justice to this whole experience. I would recommend them and definitely use their services again should the need arise."
"Thanks so very much for taking care of our Min Pin Betty Boop with such professional and compassionate care. You all are great!"

"Thank you each for all you have done for Gracie and our family. You all have made this loss more tolerable. You provide a service that is much needed. We appreciate all you have done more than we can ever express."
"On July 17, 2009, our son, 'Shasta', a bichon frise, died. We were/are devastated. We did not know of Cremation Services of East Tennessee, but we quickly found out. We found them to be respectful, sympathetic, empathetic, trustworthy, honest, thoughtful, considerate, compassionate and helpful. We would not look for another crematory service as we have found the best... not only for our pets but for ourselves as well. Excellent and highly recommended!!"

"I wanted to take some time out of my day to thank you and your team for your hospitality this past weekend. My puppy, Tucker, was hit by a car in front of my house and when I had come to my senses on what had happened, I was completely devastated. My aunt told me about your company and how nice everyone was, so I called. I cannot thank everyone enough to the ones who played a role in my Tucker's cremation. The people I spoke with over the phone and in person were extremely nice. Having a piece of him with me makes the world of a difference. Thank you."
"After my beloved cat, Hootie passed away, it took over two years to find a crematory that would allow me to view the cremation. After some stories I had heard, I had to be 100% sure it was my Hootie I was getting back. When I discovered Cremation Services of East Tennessee, it was a prayer answered. They honored my request with unmatched understanding and compassion. I am forever thankful to them for allowing me to have closure at last."
